They care about people, they really do. My boiler broke the day before Easter. I had a very little hope, but decided to try. I contacted a couple of firms, but faced the answer machine. Bramshaw's team answered the phone, were very friendly and helpful, and sorted the problem. I am incredibly grateful for their highly professional service.

After several years of problems with air locks in our shower I discussed the problem with Bramshaws. The partner who attended immediately saw and understood what was wrong and we were booked in for a days work to rectify the problem. Bramshaw completed for us challenging work on the replacing two outdated boilers with one but maintaining the zone division within the property. They provided quote that was correct reflection of what we paid in the end. The work was delivered professionally within agreed timeframe and during their work the disruption to daily life was really minimal. The engineers worked in a tidy way and cleaned everything once the work was completed. We are very pleased with the job and definitely would recommend. They are experts in their field - 20/11/2019
Bramshaws had done earlier maintenance work on my old central heading system so they had a head start in the choice of contractor for this job. As expected, they were outstanding from start to finish.

Bramshaw's have just fitted our new bathroom and I'm so happy with it. Matt, Dan , Rich and Matt were all brilliant - everything was done to a really high standard. Everyone was polite, communicative and always left our flat clean and tidy at the end of each day. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing, tiling or bathroom fitting.

Very positive experience from 1st visit to discuss what we want right through to last day of work. Old oil fired boiler replaced pipework updated, new programmable timer and thermostat installed.
